
Skiing and racing is a great way to meet life long friends.

Skiers are made in the summer. Summer training starts Monday, June 8th and runs for nine weeks. Our schedule for the summer:
Mondays - Classic Roller Skiing
Tuesday - Running speeds and tempo
Wednesdays - Skate Roller Skiing
Thursday - Ski-walking and bounding
Friday - Over distance days - 4 scheduled for the summer

Registration is based on sessions not days of the week. Sign up for 4 days and come everyday. Or sign up for 2 days a week and have the flexibility to join us when you can. We strongly recommend joining us for at least 2 days a week on a regular basis.
36 sessions - 4 days a week - $450
18 sessions - 2 days a week - $225

Duluth is a great place to train in the summer. Our athletes represent numerous colleges and universities, and come together to train all summer long.
